I’ve always been a HUGE fan of Spider-Man. This movie however, was more than just that though. Tom Holland did an amazing job and he was the PERFECT Spider-Man for this movie I honestly couldn’t ask for a better actor. This movie was absolutely amazing and everyone does such an amazing job. 😄😄😄😄
Pretty Juvinille and I felt it was not what all the hype said
Personally before it was half way through I was bored, annoyed and felt I was watching a bad teen wolf movie. No it was not that bad, but this was not close to all hte praise even my friends told me about. I liked the villians better in this than Spiderman. Just seemd a bit like a filler movie rather than it's own. Forgettable. Sorry.

I really can't believe all the five star reviews on this film. This was another poor rendering of the Spiderman character I know and love except this was much worst because they betrayed so much of what Spiderman was to begin with. Spiderman is supposed to be a poor kid with a high IQ and limited resources at his disposal. He's loosely connected to the world of the Avengers but mostly operates on his own. This film made it seem like so much of his origin was dependent on Iron Man and the Avengers. Tony Stark plays such an overt role in this film they might as well have called it Iron Man 4. Spiderman even has Iron Man's tech built into his suit! That's not the Spiderman I know and love from the comics. He didn't have to rely on his cunning with this film. Here he just asked his suit to solve all his problems for him. That's cool when Iron Man does it but here it just feels like we're watching a 14 year old kid plug in all the cheat codes to beat the bad guyss Very, very lame.
Additionally, the action in this film felt very childish and the humor was very cringeworthy. I would say that's fair if the movie was made for 12 year old kids but it's PG-13. This should've been much more serious and much less campy. Instead, I felt like I was watching an action sequence on the Disney Channel...oh wait.
Lamest reboot ever...
If you're going to re-write the entire backstory of age old character, it had better be fantastic...this new take on Spider-Man, save the awesome suit, is complete garbage...
not interested in this backstory at all...maybe 15 good minutes during the entire experience...yawn...
Not your comic book spiderman
I rented this movie on my Apple 4K tv and was really impressed with the picture quality. The movie was just okay. The spiderman you know from the comics is gone. Instead he has been replaced with a whole new liberal pc take on the hero. Which some will love while others will hate. The 3 things I disliked the most. He has a side kick???? Two he is really great at not being super and destroying things with no worries about anything. Oh and three Marry Jane is not named Marry. It was really funny to see Michael Keaton who played Batman as a bad guy in a marvel movie. Oh, and spiderman is apparently a Tony Stark product now.
This was boring, same old same old.
Don't waste your time!
All good reviews must be from teenage boys. Uninteresting story line. A lot of teenage angst. Typical silly marvel movie.
